Instant machine heating pot leakage detection
Model: 79, 86, 87 series models
Fault phenomenon: After starting up, the circuit trips or the casing is electrified.
Reason for malfunction: Machine leakage, mainly manifested as heating pot leakage.
Testing and Maintenance:
1. Turn off the machine power and unplug the power cord.
2. Use a screwdriver to open the back cover of the coffee machine, and you will see the heating pot and motherboard. As shown in the following figure

3. Unplug the heating pot power plug (white plug) on the motherboard, as shown in the following figure

4. After unplugging, plug in the machine power cord and turn it on.
If the circuit does not trip (or the casing is not electrified), it indicates that the heating pot is leaking electricity and needs to be replaced. If it still trips (or the casing is live), check other components of the machine again.
Note: When an electrical device leaks electricity, the circuit will trip if it is grounded (ground wire), and the circuit will not trip if it is not grounded. The metal casing of the equipment will be charged.
